The right mindset is the most important thing you can ever have.......
What is your mindset?
- It is an established set of attitudes held by someone.
- A mental attitude or inclination.
- A fixed state of mind.
Your mindset is influenced by, your upbringing, past experiences, learning environment, beliefs, social norms, and culture.
There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought. Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich.
There are 3 types of mindsets that will empower you.
- A growth mindset.
- An abundance mindset.
- A positive mindset.
- A fixed mindset.
- A poverty mindset.
- A negative mindset
In order to test what or where on a scale from 1 - 10 where I being the weakest and ten the strongest, simply determine what are you thinking about every day, especially when your mind is idle.
- Do you think about, how you cannot, change, improve or grow......
- Do your thoughts always reflect how poor you are and how you cannot make it?
- Are your thoughts fixed on the negative things in life?
- How do your constant thought patterns make you feel?
- Depressed, sad, angry, happy, good, loved.
- Where does the undercurrent of the see of all your thoughts each day project you?
Towards the negative, how poor you are and that you are not going to make it?
On the positive, even if we pay R 50 per liter for petrol, you still will make it, because you have Empowered yourself?
7 things that sabotage your mindset.
- Always looking for approval.
- Always comparing yourself with others.
- Always distrusting or assuming the worst in others.
- Believing, that your talents, abilities, and intelligence cannot change.
- Overwhelmed, when you believe that something is too hard or to much to do.
- Victim Thinking, always giving your power to the other person by playing the victim.
- Scarcity thinking, believin that there are never enough to go around living in a place of lack.
These are the things that sabotages your life.
If you have identified yourself in one of these, that are sabotaging your life, you best work on it otherwise and you will never achieve success or be happy and healthy.
